Kelly Menck began her legal career in 2001 as a prosecutor with the San Diego City Attorney’s Office. During her years there, she gained substantial courtroom experience while handling a broad range of criminal matters. Since leaving the prosecutor’s office, Ms. Menck expanded her work to include criminal defense, civil litigation, and family law. Elnaz Shahla
Elnaz Shahla is licensed to practice in California, New York, Maine, and New Hampshire. She also holds a license with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, supported by her technical background. Her civil litigation experience includes numerous trials, with most of her work centered on family law.
Ms. Shahla holds a Psychology degree from UC Berkeley, which helps her work effectively with clients facing the emotional strain of divorce, custody issues, and domestic violence cases. Her first legal internship was at the Van Nuys Courthouse, where she volunteered in the Family Law and Domestic Violence clinic. She has also contributed significant time to pro bono work, assisting low-income Veterans with family law matters through several agencies in Orange County, California.
