Kelly Menck began her legal career in 2001 as a prosecutor with the San Diego City Attorney’s Office. During her years there, she gained substantial courtroom experience while handling a broad range of criminal matters. Her work included hundreds of evidentiary hearings and trials, giving her a depth of litigation insight that continues to guide her practice today.
Since leaving the prosecutor’s office, Ms. Menck expanded her work to include criminal defense, civil litigation, and family law. Elnaz Shahla
Elnaz Shahla is licensed to practice in California, New York, Maine, and New Hampshire. She also holds a license with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, supported by her technical background. Her civil litigation experience includes numerous trials, with most of her work centered on family law.
Ms. Shahla holds a Psychology degree from UC Berkeley, which helps her work effectively with clients facing the emotional strain of divorce, custody issues, and domestic violence cases. Her first legal internship was at the Van Nuys Courthouse, where she volunteered in the Family Law and Domestic Violence clinic. She has also contributed significant time to pro bono work, assisting low-income Veterans with family law matters through several agencies in Orange County, California.
Her commitment to helping others is evident in the way she works with clients. She has appeared in courtrooms across more than 15 California counties and looks forward to providing dedicated support for your legal needs.
